Returns
Need to request a return? Complete our return request form. We’ll review your request and provide written authorization and shipping instructions if the product is eligible.
Please wait for an RMA number before shipping anything back. An RMA authorizes a return for inspection; it does not guarantee a refund, credit, or warranty coverage.
Return eligibility
Please request a non-defective return within 60 days of shipment. Only products of current design and in salable condition will be considered. Approval is subject to review of your original order.
If we shipped an incorrect item, please report the error within five days of receiving your shipment.
Fees and return costs
Approved non-defective returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for return freight and any costs needed to restore the product to salable condition, including inspection, cleaning, testing, repair, or repackaging.
If you believe a product is defective or we shipped the wrong item, select the appropriate reason on the request form. We’ll review the claim and provide instructions, including applicable freight arrangements, before you ship it.
After we receive your return
Hamar Automation will inspect the product and determine whether a credit, replacement, repair, or other remedy applies under the Terms & Conditions.

We ship to most addresses worldwide. Some products are subject to shipping restrictions and may not be available for international delivery.

Shipping rates for many products are based on weight. Product weights are listed on their detail pages and are rounded up to the next full pound for shipping calculations.
